Lifelong Sparrows Point resident Herbert H. Lee died March 12 at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center from sepsis. He was 69 and lived in the house on Lodge Forest Drive where he was born.
{reg}After graduating from Sparrows Point High School in 1961, he served in the U.S. Air Force for four years. He advanced to the rank of sergeant and was honorably discharged. He then attended Dundalk Community College [now CCBC Dundalk] for two years.
He retired from Lever Brothers after 31 years and was a member Patapsco Masonic Lodge 183.
He enjoyed working on his 1969 Pontiac GTO and traveling.
Myrna Lee, his wife of 47 years, survives him, along with daughters Nicole Lee-Miskimon, Tracy Lee Walpole and Tammy Coren Pittman, brothers James Lee and Ernie Saxberg, sister Dolores Parker and seven grandchildren.
Father John F. Lee, mother Dorothy E. Saxberg and brother Jackie Lee preceded him in death.
Interment at Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens followed services at Duda-Ruck Funeral Home.
