Longtime Bank Street resident Ray M. Singer died July 22 at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. He was 82.
{reg}The son of the late Herschel and Thelma Singer, he was born and raised in Procterville, Ohio, where he graduated from high school. He had lived in Colgate since the 1950s.
He served in the U.S. Navy for three years and in the U.S. Army for two years.
He worked as a security guard at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory. He enjoyed reading.
Mildred Singer, wife of 42 years, survives him, along with stepdaughter Dianne Kinzer and sisters Nancy Malcolm, Shirley Mannon, Pat Hayes and Joann Powers.
Services were held at Duda-Ruck Funeral Home.
