Longtime Dundalk resident Virginia G. Roberts died Oct. 29 of heart failure at Heritage Center. She was 102.
{reg}Born and raised in Richmond, Va., she moved to Baltimore in 1942 and lived on German Hill Road for 62 years.
She worked as a crossing guard for 10 years.
Survivors include daughters Jaqueline B. Wallring and Elizabeth A. Lanier, sisters Louise Giovettie and Beth Harris, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
William J. Roberts, her husband of 63 years, preceded her in death.
Services were held at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, with interment at Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens.{/reg}
