Angels Supporting Your Troops, Inc. is now collecting the following supplies for “care packages” for U.S. personnel serving overseas: new or used shower shoes or flip-flops, squeeze pop packs (for frozen push-up pops), individually wrapped tooth brushes, toothpaste, hand wipes, hand sanitizer, packets of facial tissue, foot powder, deodorant and disposable razors.
Reading material, including nonfiction books, comic books and other magazines that are no more than three months old, is also being collected.
Donated supplies can be dropped off at 7914 Diehlwood Road, on the picnic table under the side porch. Or, to arrange for a pick-up, contributors can call Irene Spatafore at 410-284-5275.
