Viewing for Pauline Myrtle Meckle will be held Friday, July 18, from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Duda-Ruck Funeral Home, 7922 Wise Ave, followed by a Mass of Christian burial Saturday, July 19, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Hope Roman Catholic Church, 1727 Lynch Road.
{reg}The former Dundalk resident died July 14 at the Copper Ridge Nursing Home in Sykesville of natural causes. She was 84.
She lived on Westfield Road for 60 years and worked at the North Point Public Library for 25 years. She retired in 1995.
She was a longtime parishioner at Our Lady of Hope Roman Catholic Church and belonged to the Kickers German Club. She and her husband, Albert M. Meckel enjoyed karaoke and traveling in Europe. He died in 2009.
Children Linda Jeneras, Albert J. Meckel and James F. Meckel, sisters Joyce Donahue and Jeanette Curry, seven granchildren and three great-grandchildren survive her.
