Longtime West Inverness resident and Word War II veteran Edward S. Majgraf died Aug. 11 of kidney failure at the age of 83.
{reg} Born and raised in Fells Point, he graduated from Holy Rosary School and served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the war. He worked at USF&G and lived on Stratman Road most his life.
He was a Ravens fan and belonged to the Dundalk VFW, Moose and the Polish Home Club.
“He will be greatly missed,” a loved one said.
Survivors include sons Bob Chester and Greg Sellers, sisters Hedwig and Wanda and longtime companion Madelyn McGwynn.
Interment at Holy Rosary Cemetery followed viewing at Kaczorowski Funeral Home and a Mass of Christian burial at Our Lady of Hope Roman Catholic Church, where he was a parishioner.
