Lester M. Abel Jr. of Dundalk died Aug. 13 of an aneurysm at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center at the age of 69.
{reg}He was Ravens fan and also loved baseball, fishing and watching T.V.
Born and raised in Prince William County, Va., he resided in Westminster before moving to Dundalk 15 years ago.
Survivors include sons Lester Abel III, Brian Abel and William Abel, daughters Candy Richardson and Karen Shaver, 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Wife Barbara Abel died in 1999. Parents Margaret and Lester Abel Sr. and sisters Brenda Jones and Mary Jane Gardner preceded him in death.
Services were held at Duda-Ruck Funeral Home, with interment at Dumfries Cemetery in Virginia.{/reg}
