    Former Wareham Road resident Charlene Virginia Stansbury Naglieri died Sept. 18 at the age of 89.
    {reg}She worked at Stansbury Pharmacy and Rite Aid Pharmacy for many years. She was a longtime member of Our Lady of Hope Roman Catholic Church.
    Survivors include children Sherry Holt, Michael J. Naglieri Jr, Anthony Naglieri and Louis Naglieri, siblings Catherine Williamson, Mary Schuler, Lorraine Hebert, William Stansbury and Betty Ayers, seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
    Husband Michael J. Naglieri Sr. and brother Leroy Stansbury preceded her in death.
    Services at Schimunek Funeral Home in Bel Air were followed by interment at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.{/reg}

    Thomas Darchicourt died Sept. 28 at his home on Morse Lane of cancer. He was 56.
    {reg}Known as “Tom” to friends and family, he was born in Rosedale, graduated from Overlea High School in 1976 and from Towson University in 1980. He had lived in Dundalk for 30 years.
    He worked as a realtor, real estate broker and home improvement contractor.
    He loved motorcycles and belonged to Baltimore Metro HOG. He also belonged to a gun club, enjoyed camping and going to wine festivals.
    Survivors include April, his wife of 30 years, son Ian, daughters Rachel Macek and Heather Rhodes, brothers James and David, sister Kathleen Antanozzi and one grandchild.
    Parents Marie and Emile Darchicourt, daughter Kara Darchicourt and sister Christine Pruitt preceded him in death.

Carol Ann Drew

    Former Dundalk resident Carol Ann Drew died Sept. 15 at York Hospital in Pennsylvania of cancer. She was 63.
    {reg}A Highlandtown native, she was a 1969 graduate of The Catholic High School of Baltimore. She moved to Dundalk in 1986. In 2005, she moved to southern Pennsylvania.
    She enjoyed spending weekends in Dover, Del., with her husband Robert Drew Sr., who survives her. The couple were married for 43 years.
    She had a passion for Disney World and visited Florida many times with her family. She loved spending time with her five gandchildren.
    Survivors also include children Chrystal, Robert, Carrie and Sara Drew and Jason Lubawski, two brothers and three sisters.
    Parents Carol Ann and Howard Craig Jr. preceded her in death.{/reg}

Graveside services for Henry M. Jancewski will be held Thursday, Oct. 16, at noon at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, 6515 Boston St. 
    {reg}The Edgemere resident died Oct. 14 at his home on River Drive Road surrounded by loved ones. He was 97.
    Born in Baltimore, he was a retiree of Armco Steel and an avid crabber and fisherman.
    He leaves behind children Theresa H. Moxey, Pamela A. Van Pelt and Henry F. Jancewski, nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.{/reg}

Arthur O. Wolf

    A memorial service for Arthur O. Wolf will be held Saturday, Oct. 25, at 11 a.m. at Atonement Lutheran Church, 9121 Old Harford Road in Parkville.
    {reg}The longtime Dundalk resident and World War II veteran died Oct. 12 at Gilchrist Hospice Care at the age of 97.
    Born in Bethlehem, Ill., the son of August and Susanna Berg Wolf attended Bethlehm Christian School and Voelker’s School. He was the youngest of 15 siblings.
    He served in the U.S. Army in the motor pool from 1942 to 1946 and obtained the rank of techical sergeant. He moved to Dundalk in 1946 and last lived on Alvah Avenue.
    He worked for the Bethlehem Steel Railroad as a brakeman and then as a mechanic with a cab company. He last worked as a carpenter for Robert Tipton Contractors. 
    He was a longtime member of Christ Lutheran Church, where he married Wilma R. Pencek Wolf, who survives him. The couple were married for 71 years. He later attended Atonement Lutheran Church.
    He enjoyed woodworking, gardening and crabbing. 
    Along with his wife, children David A. Wolf and Karen R. Fostervold, eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren survive him.
    Sons James A. and Arthur O. Wolf  Jr. daughter Joan P. Shindledecker, brothers Barney, Edward, Thomas, Hugo, Erwin, August, Henry, George and Reinhart and sisters Emma, Martha, Louise, Lydia and Alma preceded him in death.

Virginia Pauline Schaaf Robinson of Brookview Road died Sept. 30 at the age of 94.
    {reg}Born and raised in Baltimore, she attended school in Glen Burnie and moved to Dundalk 58 years ago.
    A homemaker, she was married for 62 years to Raymond G. Robinson, who survives her.
    Son Richard Robinson, daughters Emily Taylor, Edwina Clement, Pauline Hammer and Laura Barnes, 14 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren also survive her.
    Parents Howard and Clara Schaff and sons Harold and John Elliott preceded her in death.
    Interment at Holly Hill Memorial Gardents followed services at Duda-Ruck Funeral Home.{/reg}

Anthony J. Narutowicz

Lifelong Edgemere resident and Korean War veteran Anthony J. Narutowicz died Oct. 14 at his home of natural causes at the age of 81.
   {reg} Known as “Tony” to family and friends, he worked at Mickey’s, a family-owned business, for 50 years.
    Born in Edgemere, he attended Sacred Heart of Mary Catholic School and Mount St. Joseph High School. He served in the U.S. Merchant Marine and during the Korean War served in the U.S. Army as a corporal.
    An active parishioner of St. Luke Roman Catholic Church, he was also a lifetime member of the County Seal Democratic Club and  a member of International Odd Fellows North Point Lodge 4.
    He lived on the water and enjoyed boating and fishing on the Chesapeake Bay with friends and family. He also enjoyed hunting on the Eastern Shore. He loved spending time with his grandchildren by the pool.
    He was active in the Colts Corral and was a die-hard Chicago Bears fan.
    Survivors include Verna Moore Narutowicz, his wife of 53 years, daughters Lisa Mroz, Valerie Taylor, Jackie Noss and Toni Lynn Narutowicz, sisters Verna Brookes and Germaine Vadas, brothers James and Xavier Narutowicz, seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.    
    Parents Michael and Frances Narutowicz and siblings Edwin Narutowicz, Maria Garst and Joseph Narutowicz preceded him in death.
    A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at St. Luke Catholic Church, followed by a private interment.

Edwin P. Ramos, Edgemere resident of 40 years, died Oct. 2 at the age of 77.
   {reg}| A native of Johns-town, Pa., he graduated from Johns-town High School. He served in the U.S. Air Force and retired from GAF after 51 years in 2011.
    He enjoyed playing golf.
    Marie D. Ramos, his wife of 23 years, son Robert Ramos, daughters Rebecca Spivey and Jenifer Ramos, brothers  Matthew and David and two grandchildren survive him.
    Son Edwin Ramos Jr., brothers Jimmy and Paul and his parents preceded him in death.
    He was interred at Baltimore National Cemetery with military honors.{/reg}

Vernon Lang of School Avenue died suddenly in his sleep on Oct. 13 at the age of 53.
    {reg}The son of Marie Lang and the late Milton Lang Sr. was born in Baltimore and graduated from Perry Hall High School in 1979. He worked at Giant Food for over 20 years.
    An avid sports fan, his favorite teams were the Dallas Cowboys and the Los Angeles Lakers.
    Tammy Lang, his wife of two years survives him. The couple were together for 20 years.
    Along with his mother, son Brandon Lang, daughters Tiffany Warfield, April Gibbons and Traci Lewandowski, brother Ernie Lang, sister April Lang Rawlings and five grandchildren also survive him.{/reg}

Daniel Joe Cochran Sr.

Daniel Joe Cochran Sr. died Oct. 4 at his home on Ambler Road after a short illness. He was 72.
    {reg}The son of the late Woodrow and Mary Rasnake Cochran was born in Grundy, Va., grew up in Cleveland, Va., and attended Cleveland High School.
    He retired from General Motors in 1989 and had lived in Dundalk for 44 years.
    He enjoyed working on home improvement projects, watching old Western movies and spending time with his eight grandchildren.
    Survivors also include Connie, his wife of 55 years, son Daniel J. Cochran Jr., daughters Deborah Stanford and Stacy Yuhase and brother Rodney Cochran.
    Services were held at Duda-Ruck Funeral Home, with interment at Oak Lawn Cemetery.

Former West Inverness resident Ricky David Schneider died of an infection Oct. 12 in Calfornia, where he had recently moved. He was 39.
    {reg}|Born in Baltimore, he grew up in Eastwood and attended Dundalk High School. He worked for Southland Construction for many years.
    He leaves behind daughter Kayla Renee Schneider, former wife Julia Bullock Schneider, father David Schneider, stepfather Alfonza Mcfadden and sisters Athena Mcfadden, Alisa Jones and Teresa Mcfadden. Mother Laurie Schneider died in September.
    A memorial service is pending.{/reg}

Longtime Dundalk resident Carmen L. Carmichael died Oct. 6 at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center of cardiac arrest. She was 38.
   {reg}| “Carmen is a beautiful spirit,” a loved one said. “When she entered a room, she would light it up with her smile. She will be missed by many friends and family.”
    The 1994 graduate of Dundalk High School enjoyed modeling, listening to music of all kinds and art.
    Survivors include parents Vickie and James Foster Carmichael, brother James Carmichael Jr. and fiancé Jason Glover.
    Services were held at Duda-Ruck Funeral Home, with interment at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.{/reg}

Lifelong Dundalk resident and Army veteran Randy Scott Rappold died Sept. 27 at his home at the age of 59.
    {reg}Born in Dundalk to Francis Rappold and the late Alcie Rappold, he graduated from Dundalk High School.  He served in the U.S. Army for 20 years and was an active member of the American Legion Honor Guard.
    He loved traveling, visiting his sons and spending time in his cabin in Winchester, Va. A Ravens and Orioles fan, he also enjoyed playing pinochle.
    Along with his father, sons Scott and Brian Rappold, siblings Sharon Wipprecht, Sandy Rappold, William Rappold and Jeanne Rieken and two grandchildren  survive him.{/reg}

Visitation for Bob Ford will be held Thursday, Oct. 30, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 121 W. Park Place, Newark, Del., with services Friday, Oct. 31, at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
    {reg}Known as “Rip” to family and friends, the former Dundalk resident and World War II veteran died Oct. 27 at his home in Newark at the age of 88.
    He was born in Baltimore to the late William H. and Reba K. Spedden Ford. He graduated from Sparrows Point High School in 1943, joined the U.S. Navy and served on a minesweeper in the Pacific during the war. He was discharged in 1946.
    He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Baltimore in 1950. After his retirement from a 35-year career with Exxon Corporation, he operated his own consulting firm.
    In addition to Dundalk and Newark, he lived in Joppa, Md. and Willmington, Del.
    Survivors include sons Bob Ford Jr. and Mark Ford, daughters Sue Iverson and Jill Ford, sisters Dot Barton and Libby Dircks, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
    Mitzi, his wife of 46 years, preceded him in death, along with siblings Bill Ford and Helen Mongan.

Longtime Dundalk resident Marie Rose Howlett died Oct. 13 at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center at the age of 83.
    {reg}The daughter of Samuel and Anna Farace was born in Baltimore and resided on North Montford Avenue in the city. She had lived on Jaydee Avenue in Dundalk for 48 years.
    She worked at Giant Food for 30 years and belonged to the Giant Food retirement club. The group held bi-monthly luncheons and collected donated supplies for needy families.
    She was also a member of the Battle Grove Democratic Club. She enjoyed making crafts.
    Cecil V. Howlett, her husband of 44 years, survives her, along with son David Howlett Sr., daughter Bobbie Gehrman, brother Bernie Farace, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Brother Joseph Farace preceded her in death.

Friends and family will celebrate the life of Kimberly Rose Savage on Saturday, Nov. 1, at 3 p.m. at Edgemere Church of God, 7414 Ellen Ave.
    {reg}The Sandy Plains resident died Oct. 15 at home at the age of 40.
    A 1992 graduate of Patapsco High School, she worked for Mo’s Seafood Restaurant, Thompson Lincoln Mercury,  Dundalk Counseling and Deese Home Improvement. She retired after suffering from rheumatoid arthritis for many years.
    “She was the kind of person who helped others in need,” a loved one said.
    She enjoyed flea markets and loved her  two cats, Abigail and Teddy.
    Survivors include stepsister Dawn Gentile and longtime companion Timothy Deese.
    Parents Lonnie and Adele Savage and brother David Savage preceded her in death.{/reg}

Services for Frederick D. Young Jr. will be held Thursday, Oct. 30, at 10 a.m. at Duda-Ruck Funeral Home, 7922 Wise Ave.
    {reg}The longtime Dundalk resident and World War II veteran died Oct. 26 at Augsburg Lutheran Home in Lochearn. He was 87 and lived on Lawrence Avenue for many years. 
    The son of the late Fred and Ella Young served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during the war. After graduating from Bloomsburg College in 1949, he worked as a speech therapist at Dundalk Elementary and other local schools from 1950 to 1985.
    He was a former member of Faith and St. Mark’s United Church of Christ in Baltimore and later attended First Lutheran Church of Gray Manor. 
    A fan of old movies, he  served as president of the Old Time Radio Buffs and enjoyed taking home movies. 
    Survivors include wife Dottie, son Dan, daughters Ellen Mikula and Margaret Pfeiffer, stepsons Bill and Douglas Kittle and three granddaughters.
    He was preceded in death by first wife Katherine Young, second wife Bernadine Young and sister Lois.{/reg}

Judith Ann Matrazzo

    Former Dundalk resident Judith Ann Matrazzo died at her home in York, Pa., on Oct. 23. She was 73.
    {reg}The daughter of Adrian and Mary Ribley was born in Lima, Ohio, and was a graduate of Lima Central Catholic High School. She moved to Dundalk in 1962 after marrying Daniel Matrazzo; they lived on Lawrence Road for more than two decades.
    In later years, the couple moved to her hometown of Lima, where she worked at a local grocery store before she and her husband retired and settled in York.
    A lifelong music lover who had played the piano since childhood, she was known for maintaining a collection of family photographs dating as far back as the 1800s. She was also an avid reader and a fan of stock car racing and cooking shows.
    In addition to her husband, to whom she was married for 53 years, she is survived by children Stephen Matrazzo of Dundalk and Stephanie Devilbiss of Glen Rock, Pa., brother James Ribley of Lima, and two grandsons.

    {reg}The former Edgemere resident died Nov. 1 at Long View Nursing Home in Manchester at the age of 88. Family and friends knew her as “Jackie.”
    Born in Baltimore, she spent her early childhood in Essex. She moved to Edgemere in1970.
    She was a community activist, who once ran for the House of Delegates. She taught classes in her home on the U.S. Constitution.
    “She was very patriotic,” a loved one said. “She gave a lot of herself to the community.”
    Survivors include sons Bruce A. and Brian D. Calvert, sister Geraldine “Jeri” Zannino and three grandchildren.
    She was preceded in death by husbands George T. “Jim” Madison and Leonard Tilden and siblings Audrey Schwinn, Leone “Lee” Zaleski, Barbara Scott and Genevieve.{/reg}
